President of APR&M, has lived and worked in the Colorado market for more than twenty years. During the last ten years she has worked with clients such as Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, Landmark Properties Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kroenke Sports Enterprises, The Business School at the University of Colorado, The Oxford Hotel, Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert, LLP (Attorneys-at-Law), Waste Management, The Nichols Partnership, 5280 Magazine, Sage Hospitality, Carlson Restaurants/T.G.I. Friday’s Worldwide, and more. Aiello has extensive experience developing and implementing local, national, and international public relations strategies for the agency’s clients.

Before launching her firm in 1996, Aiello served as National Director of Public Relations for Morton’s of Chicago, a chain of upscale steakhouses with locations across the United States. In this position, Aiello served as company spokesperson, developed relationships with national and local media outlets, created and managed a national marketing plan and budget, created and implemented national promotions and special events, developed and supervised partnerships with non-profit and for-profit organizations and coordinated all collateral material development.
